From First Call, to Finished Product
1. Initial Consult
Free in-home consultation. Inspection of the space, discussin of your vision, and exact measurements.
2. Scope of Expectation, in Person
No waiting days for a quote in your inbox — you'll know a real price before we leave.
3. Book Your Install
A 50% deposit locks in your install date and gets your materials ordered. Garage projects get a storage trailer, delivered to your driveway and keyed only to you.
4. Install Day - Expect us around 8:30a
Our process sets in motion, we will need the floor completely clear.
5. Fix, What is Wrong
Cracks, Dings and Spalling all fixed with professional grade patch, before Diamond Grinding
6. Full Mechanical Diamond Grind
Every inch gets ground down to bare concrete — this is what creates the bond your floor actually needs.
7. Base and Flake
Once floor has been fully HEPA Vacuumed. Basecoat and your chosen Flake color goes down.
8. Top Coat
After base coat has cured fully, the floor is scraped and cleaned, the top coat goes down.
9. Return-to-Use Time
Walk on it in 12 hours. Anything < 100 lbs in 24. Drive on it in 48. Low Impact
10. Lifetime Warranty, Day One
Peace of mind starts before we leave. Your transferable lifetime warranty starts that day.
